Engineering Manager

CarTrawler is seeking a highly motivated Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team and deliver robust, scalable software. This role involves fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and growth while ensuring delivery quality and team effectiveness. Collaboration with Product and Design teams is crucial. The manager will also maintain technical consistency, share best practices, and support cross-squad coordination.

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on people management experience in agile, fast-paced software environments
• Familiarity with Scrum Framework
• Proven track record guiding teams through estimation, planning, execution, and release cycles
• Technical credibility with writing and reviewing code
• Deep understanding of software development practices, CI/CD, and system design
• Experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
