Job Description
Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking an Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist to maintain compliance with fair housing laws and regulations. The role involves reviewing tenant files, tracking certifications, providing program support, and communicating with clients and agencies. This position focuses on ensuring a positive and productive work environment by maintaining a Respectful, Friendly and Responsive culture.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain assigned affordable housing portfolio.
- Track certification corrections and research Fair Housing questions.
- Provide communication and reporting on certification statuses.
- Uphold Cascade Managements Service Culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Travel for trainings and education conferences.
