Lease-up Specialist
1-2 years LIHTC exp. 3-5 yrs PM/Community Mgmt. Valid driver’s license required. Strong comms skills and budget management
Maintenance Technician I/Groundskeeper
Valid driver’s license & insurance required. 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent. Basic reading/writing and math skills
Lease-up Assistant
High school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and valid driver's license. Requires effective communication skills and ability to manage complex tasks. Experience with marketing and data entry are also expected
Roving Community Manager
High school diploma or GED required. 3+ years of community management experience. 150+ units within the last 3 years, plus Tax Credit, HUD and Affordability Housing.
Regional Portfolio Manager
High school diploma/GED + 3+ years PM experience. 2+ years management experience. 2+ years in a property management position. 2+ years experience with increased responsibility and staff oversight required
Lease-Up Manager
Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years of multifamily housing experience and 2-5 years managing lease-ups required. Requires strong communication and project management skills
Maintenance Technician II
3-5 years of related experience or equivalent. Associate degree preferred. Valid driver’s license and insurance required
Groundskeeper
High school diploma/GED & 3+ months exp. Valid driver's license and insurance required. Read/interpret documents, solve problems, and adhere to safety procedures
