Assistant Community Manager

Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist the Community Manager with coordinating business operations of HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties. The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing complex operations, maintaining high occupancy rates, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience or training.

Requirements

• Assist Community Manager with overseeing complex operations
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations
• Show apartments, accept applications, and screen applicants
• Collect rents, maintain petty cash, and ensure proper accounting of monies collected
