Job Description
Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Lease-Up Manager to plan, coordinate, and complete all aspects of a lease-up project. This role involves responsibilities including managing lease-up staff, forming relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring legal compliance. The ideal candidate will be an expert in communication, project management, and staff motivation.
Requirements
- Manage and coordinate lease-up projects.
- Assist with development and update of lease-up policies and procedures.
- Oversee the lease-up team and manage communication with ownership groups and stakeholders.
- Perform outreach activities throughout the lease-up state.
- Develop and maintain lease-up budget and reporting.
- Provide support for emergency situations on-site.
- Develop positive business relationships with industry resources.
