Sr. Compensation and Benefits Analyst

A. M. Castle & Co. is a leader in the metals service center industry, seeking a Sr. Compensation and Benefits Analyst to shape and administer compensation and benefits programs. In this role, you'll help attract, retain, and reward top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of progressive experience administering compensation and benefits
• Strong understanding of FLSA and compensation principles
• Thorough working knowledge of employee benefits policies and practices, and applicable federal and state regulations
• Strong skills in the Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal effectiveness with the ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels of an organization
