We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to play a critical role in the evaluation, implementation, and administration of company-wide compensation programs.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or HR-related roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, pivot tables, and the ability to audit large data sets
- Experience with HRIS modules and data exchange processes between external business tools
- Advanced analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs
- High level of discretion to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage complex projects and articulate technical solutions to stakeholders
