Job Description
We are seeking a talented Complaints Handler to join our team in Basingstoke. You will be responsible for reporting, investigation, and resolution of complaints across our Savings, Retail Finance, and Property divisions.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in complaints handling in a regulated environment
- Specific knowledge of mortgage products
- Proven background in Complaints Handling in a regulated environment (with a sound understanding of DISP, MCOBS rules and procedures)
- Exceptional and professional communication skills
