Mortgage Administrator

We are seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join our Property team, responsible for a pipeline of applications, conducting credit and property checks, and supporting the Underwriting team. The role involves excellent customer service skills, and a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the Basingstoke office and 2 days working from home.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a busy and vibrant office, preferably in financial services or customer service focused setting
• Effective organisation skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
