Job Description
As an HR Business Partner Intern, you'll work closely with the HRBPs to support day-to-day business partnering and future-focused initiatives, including AI-driven HR projects. You'll support a variety of topics, including AI & HR projects, business & people initiatives, operational & analytical support, and ad-hoc HRBP support.
Requirements
- HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Data, or a related field
- Enrolled at an educational institution in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Curious about how people, business, and technology intersect
- Comfortable working with data, AI, and the Google Workspace
- Proactive, structured, and not afraid to ask questions
- Eager to learn and happy to support where needed
