Catholic Charities is seeking an AM Kitchen Supervisor to oversee kitchen staff and volunteers, implement program objectives, and ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Supervision and kitchen management experience in institutional and/or restaurant setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial food preparation, production sanitation and safety standards
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate staff through application of Agency values
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft office suite for menu creation, food ordering and general communications
- Knowledge of the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and the appropriate techniques and practices for the client population
- Ability to interact effectively as a team member and independently with Agency staff and with a diverse client base
- Obtain Serve Safe Certificate within 30 days of hire
- Obtain CACFP training within 6 months of hire
