AM Lead Cook

We are seeking a skilled AM Lead Cook to join our team at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Denver. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and/or directing others in all aspects of meal preparation, ensuring high standards of quality and safety in the kitchen, and interacting effectively with staff and clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

• Institutional and restaurant experience
• Good working knowledge of commercial food preparation and production standards
• Ability to function independently and maintain self-sufficiency with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to shift priorities as needed
