Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership in global compensation and benefits management/total rewards in a global tech company
- Experience leading compensation strategy in high-growth, global technology companies, with direct involvement in IPO preparation
- Proven track record of using HR analytics to drive strategic decision-making, organizational effectiveness and improve HR processes
- Experience in leading, implementing, and optimizing HR systems to support scalable people operations
- Deep expertise in executive compensation, equity design, and governance
- Strong track record of partnering with C-level, and executive leadership
- Excellent analytical skills with experience conducting market analysis and benchmarking
- Build an excellent team – through recruitment, mentoring, and day-to-day management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
