Benefits Director

Coherent Corp. is seeking a Global Benefits Director to lead the strategy, design, and administration of the company’s employee benefits programs globally. The role is responsible for ensuring competitive, cost-effective, and compliant benefits offerings aligning with the company’s Total Rewards strategy and business objectives. This position will partner closely with HR, Finance, and vendors to deliver an exceptional employee experience and enhance the company culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in employee benefits management
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. and Canadian benefits regulations
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
