Caylent is seeking a Director of Machine Learning to lead a team of ML engineers and consultants in delivering cutting-edge AI/ML solutions on AWS. This role focuses on strategic leadership, practice development, technical oversight, and business growth within the AI/ML practice. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience in consulting, AWS, and data engineering.
Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting/professional services experience
- Proven track record architecting and delivering enterprise-scale ML solutions using AWS services
- Deep AWS expertise
- Business acumen with practice P&L management
- Experience with practice P&L management and AWS co-sell motions
