Join the CBH Homes Events Team! We're looking for a dynamic, adaptable, and organized Event Coordinator to help bring the CBH magic to life.
Requirements
- Manage and plan sponsorships from start to finish
- Develop and maintain partnerships with area sponsors, vendors, and community members
- Oversee setup, execution, and teardown for company and community events
- Manage RSVPs and attendance counts
- Communicate clearly with setup and takedown teams
- Define and communicate roles for all internal and external helpers
- Book, coordinate, and confirm vendors
- Keep event materials and swag organized, inventoried, and ready to go
- Print, trim, assemble, sort, and deliver materials and displays
- Load and unload event supplies and equipment (up to 30 lbs)
