Job Description
CCMS & Associates is hiring a 1099 Field Adjuster for the Detroit area, Michigan. The role involves inspecting properties (residential or commercial) using Xactimate software, investigating claims, and providing reports to clients. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in commercial or residential property adjusting.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year first-party commercial and/or residential property adjusting experience
- Maintain own current estimating software (Xactimate preferred)
- Working computer with internet access and Microsoft Word
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license
