Job Description
CCMS & Associates is seeking a 1099 Field Adjuster in Minneapolis, MN to join their existing roster. The role involves residential and commercial property adjustments using Xactimate software, investigation of claims, and preparation of loss reports. Experience with customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- 1 year of first-party commercial and/or residential property adjusting experience
- Maintain own current estimating software
- Working computer
- Internet access
- Microsoft Word
- Valid driver's license
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Experience preparing Statement of Loss, Proof of Loss, and denial letters
- Minnesota State adjusters license
