Job Description
You will play a vital role in delivering a seamless modernization experience for our clients by bridging the gap between legacy systems and innovative solutions. You will be part of a team primarily focused on modernizing our insurance back-office and work on SureCore, a solution in new technology that runs in a hybrid setup alongside our legendary back-office system Level.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst in a software, fintech or insurance.
- Strong in requirements engineering: Elicitation, documentation, validation, and keeping everything traceable and consistent over time.
- Clear communication, facilitation of workshops, and alignment of diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of digital products (APIs, integrations, data, constraints) and translation between business language and technical reality.
- Proactive approach, ability to reduce ambiguity in messy problem spaces, and challenging the status-quo.
- Experience with AI and use of it in day-to-day work.
- Experience in insurance (especially non-life) or other complex, regulated domains.
- Knowledge of insurance standards like AFD.
- Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD)
