Job Description
Syndicode is a software development partner with a globally distributed team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in aligning clients' business needs with our technology solutions. You will analyze data, understand client requirements, and translate them into effective project specifications.
Requirements
- 4+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working on mobile-first or mobile product environments
- Proficiency in English (advanced level)
- Strong requirements elicitation skills using BA elicitation techniques
- Understanding of requirements' classification and ability to communicate them to stakeholders
- Ability to define design options and recommend the solution
- Experience in process analysis and modeling using graphical notations
- Strong knowledge of requirements management and project tracking tools (Jira, visualization tools)
- Understanding of SDLC
- Familiarity with Market Analysis and User Personas creation
