Job Description
The CDC Foundation is seeking a Program Performance Evaluator to provide holistic program evaluation for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. The evaluator will analyze performance and budget for the Public Health Infrastructure Grant and facilitate progress reporting, collaboration with national partners, and data analysis on organizational programs and interventions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, sociology, or social work
- Three years of experience in research and evaluation, using statistical methodologies in human service programs
- Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in research, evaluation and statistical application in the human service field
- Knowledge of public administration and planning principles
- Experience with budgeting and accounting practices and procedures
- Experience using Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of public health principles and practices
- Certification in Advanced Skills for Managers
