Senior Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be working on design and construction projects that impact our world. You will collaborate on challenging and meaningful work that positively impacts the community and makes a difference in the world while applying innovative, state-of-the-art software and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or Electrical Technology or related discipline.
• Professional engineering (PE) license.
• 7 years of related experience.
• Experience with power systems for water, wastewater, industrial, federal, and transit facilities.
• Familiar with industry and federal codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, NESC, IEEE, UFC, etc.).
• Published in IEEE Journals or Transactions, or other technical journals is a plus.
• Proficiency in power system planning.
• Applied expertise in distributed generation, alternative energy, and microgrid systems.
• Proficiency with designing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for medium voltage distribution systems including substations, switchgear, and standby generation systems.
• Proficient with SKM Power*Tools and ETAP.
• Proficiency with other electrical system analysis software (Easypower, EDSA/Paladin, Cyme, or Milsoft).
