Job Description
CDNetworks is seeking a Pre Sales Engineer to ensure high customer satisfaction through monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, technical consultation, and qualification of prospective customers. The role involves technical solution design, proposal writing, product demonstrations, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position requires technical proficiency in Mandarin and a candidate comfortable with international travel.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- 3-10 years' working experience in customer-facing pre-sales or post-sales position
- Understanding of CDN, DNS, HTTP, DDoS, TCP/IP, and related technical concepts
- Basic knowledge of Linux and networking fundamentals
- Ability to travel local & international
