Job Description
CDNetworks’ Pre Sales Engineer ensures high customer satisfaction through monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting global CDN infrastructure. They partner with sales teams to provide technical consultation, qualify leads, and develop technical solutions. This role focuses on delivering product demonstrations, technical proposals, and ensuring customer alignment with technology roadmaps.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- 3-10 years' experience in customer-facing pre-sales or post-sales positions
- Understanding of CDN, DNS, HTTP, DDoS, TCP/IP, and networking fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of Linux and networking fundamentals
- Ability to travel locally & internationally
