Job Description
Homecare Homebase is seeking a Database Administrator to join their Database Operations team. This role focuses on ensuring the performance and reliability of mission-critical SQL Server infrastructure, supporting healthcare providers nationwide. The ideal candidate will possess experience architecting scalable data solutions, optimizing databases, and utilizing modern cloud-ready practices. This position involves designing automated solutions, infrastructure as code, and active monitoring of database systems.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience managing SQL Server in enterprise environments.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, T-SQL) with a focus on automation.
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server administration fundamentals (backup/restore, replication, HA/DR).
- Proven experience with database performance triage and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Azure database technology stack.
