Job Description
Homecare Homebase is seeking a Database Administrator to ensure the performance and reliability of their mission-critical SQL Server infrastructure supporting healthcare providers nationwide. This role involves architecting scalable data solutions, optimizing databases, and leveraging cloud-ready practices to deliver robust and secure data platforms. The ideal candidate will have enterprise-scale database experience, Azure platform exposure, and a proven track record of delivering data solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience managing SQL Server in enterprise environments.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, T-SQL) with focus on automation and large environments.
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server administration fundamentals (backup/restore, replication, HA/DR).
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting platforms for large databases.
- Understanding of Azure database technology stack.
- Basic understanding of configuration management and infrastructure-as-code.
