Product Strategy & Ops, Strategist III

Cedar is looking for a Product Strategy & Ops, Strategist III to strengthen how our Product team plans, delivers, and scales new products and features. The role involves bringing structure to how we plan and deliver our roadmap, managing systems and processes, and helping execute launches that deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product operations, delivery management, or program management within SaaS, fintech, or healthcare technology environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator experienced partnering with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to coordinate feature launches and complex initiatives.
• Operational and execution oriented mindset with experience managing roadmaps, delivery timelines, and planning tools (e.g., Jira or Smartsheet).
• Analytical and detail focused, able to interpret data, track adoption metrics, and connect product outcomes to business impact.
• Clear communicator with excellent organizational skills and comfort preparing updates, materials, and communications that keep stakeholders aligned through delivery.
