Manager, Division Assets - Energy

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking an Asset Manager for its Energy Division to lead all aspects of asset management operations. The ideal candidate has deep experience in asset-intensive environments, strong analytical skills, and a track record of driving operational excellence across a complex, distributed organization.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of asset accounting principles, depreciation, and capital budgeting
• Familiarity with compliance requirements including DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations
• Demonstrated experience implementing asset management or telematics systems
• Excellent communication, change management, and leadership skills
• Experience with utility-scale renewables projects is a plus
