Job Description
As a core role in Process Safety Management (PSM) system implementation, this position collaborates with the Process Safety Program Owner to drive key PSM elements, risk control and team empowerment.
Requirements
- Maintain PSM elements integrity in compliance with regulation and system requirements
- Identify gaps in local EHS laws and regulations and develop improvement plans
- Coordinate process safety risk assessments, identify potential risks, and track implementation
- Promote employee process safety awareness
- Facilitate incident investigations, analyze root causes, and drive corrective actions
- Support projects, cooperate with internal/external audits, and drive rectification for compliance
