Vice President, Commercial Operations

We are seeking a Vice President of Commercial Operations who will report into the Chief Commercial Officer. The individual will be responsible for building and managing the commercial operations function to support the launch and commercialization of gedatolisib, Celcuity's first product in breast cancer and other future indications.

Requirements

• Build data infrastructure and analytics capabilities
• Partner with finance and commercial management team
• Forecast modeling for Celcuity product(s)
• Acquire and analyze market data
• Create an HCP targeting program
• Competitive price tracking and analysis
• Acquire, design, deploy, train, and maintain a field CRM system
• Data warehouse management
• Promotional material ordering system and supporting infrastructure
• Vendor search and RFP for key Commercial operations vendors
• Manage the analysis for size and structure of field force
• Project manage primary research and secondary market landscape assessment
• Speaker bureau vendor reporting
• Incentive compensation design and ongoing evaluation
• Field force expense reporting guidelines
• Sales activity reporting
• Establish field force processes
• HCP targeting and segmentation
• Conference and medical symposium planning and management
• Fleet/vehicle reimbursement
• Develop and implement commercial training and development function
• Build and manage commercial operations function, processes, and staff
• Active participation on commercial leadership team
• Partner effectively with Celcuity internal stakeholders
