Kentro is hiring a Vice President of Business Development to lead targeted growth initiatives for Kentro’s FEDCIV and Health portfolio through strategic planning, tactical execution, and close collaboration across the Company.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in progressive Federal business development or capture roles focused on IT, data, or management consulting
- Prior experience in, and in-depth knowledge of, the government FEDCIV or Health sectors
- Demonstrated track record capturing full & open, IT Modernization contracts
- Well versed in the rules and distinctions of awarding Federal small business contracts
- Exceptional strategic selling skills including discovery, development and presentation, sales cycle maintenance, tactical planning and closing
- Proven experience driving and implementing growth
- Must have experience working with the databases/information repositories used for conducting diligence on qualified opportunities (GovWin, BGOV, USAspending.gov, etc.)
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills, including superior presentation skills
- Must be self-motivated and have experience working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple responsibilities
- Prior operational experience a plus
