Job Description
Celestica is seeking a Manager, Continuous Improvement (CI) to lead the development of CI (Lean and Six Sigma) vision for customers, departments, and functional areas within the organization. This role focuses on deploying CI strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring efficient execution of CI initiatives. The Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Deploy CI goals and strategies.
- Manage CI activities and support a change management program.
- Develop and lead CI workshops.
- Facilitate improvement opportunities.
- Work to achieve Lean Black Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.
- Provide subject matter expertise on a need-to-know basis.
