Job Description
Vertiv is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to oversee all CI (VOS) projects and establish standardized processes within the Vertiv Operating System (VOS). This role involves coaching leadership, driving change initiatives, and measuring performance improvement. The CM will act as a strategic resource to the Plant Manager and collaborate with other departments to shape site strategy and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong leadership, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in local language and English.
- Ability to influence and lead in a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical skills, including root cause analysis and statistical modeling.
- Ability to apply and coach change management, behavior coaching, and performance management.
