Manufacturing Planner

This job is a first-level supervisor at a large site supervising ~25 - 50 employees, responsible for establishing annual plans/objectives, interpreting policies, contributing to policy development, and executing budgets. The role requires good knowledge of an electronics manufacturing environment, material and processes, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of an electronics manufacturing environment, material and processes
• Good understanding of specific customers' business, organization, products and processes
• Knowledge of basic computer applications such as WORD, Excel, PowerPoint and multiple business applications.
• Good presentation skills.
• Good analytical and statistical skills.
• Good leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines.
• Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
