Account Manager

Celigo is looking for an Account Manager based in the UK who will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving success through strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Understand customer business processes and challenges.
• Provide consultative guidance on how Celigo’s solutions can deliver impact.
• Manage contract renewals to ensure high retention rates.
• Partner with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Finance teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Maintain accurate records and track key account metrics using Salesforce, Clari, and other tools.
• Provide regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.
