Celonis is seeking a Client Value Partner (CVP) to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs with strategic customers in the Utilities & Energy industry. As a senior executive advisor, the CVP will develop and execute multi-year transformation strategies, drive business growth, and champion innovation.
Requirements
- 10-20 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or senior industry leadership in Utilities & Energy
- MBA preferred
- Industry expertise in Utilities & Energy, including industry trends, value levers, regulatory dynamics, and how C-suite leaders drive strategic advantage
- Proven track record leading large-scale business transformations with quantifiable operational, financial, and/or strategic outcomes
- Extensive experience in achieving business objectives through the deployment of software solutions
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence complex global organizations using data, facts, and compelling business narratives
- Commercially savvy with experience shaping account strategies, expansion opportunities, and linking value delivery to growth and renewal
- Consultative, credible, and trusted advisor to senior executives; exceptional storytelling and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and inspires cross-functional teams
- Strong program and project management capabilities; able to manage multiple strategic work-streams simultaneously
