Job Description
Celonis is seeking a Team Lead for their Raleigh, NC location, responsible for the technical support of global customers and partners for their software. The role involves designing, installing, and integrating software, providing support, and managing the team, fostering collaboration and career development. It is a 24/7, customer-centric position within a fast-growing and innovative SaaS firm.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing Customer Support teams
- Strong customer focus and service mindset
- Ability to set individual goals and targets
- Proven experience in international customer handling
- ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
