The role focuses on leading a team of engineers, delivering exceptional customer service, and continuously improving processes and SLAs. It's a fast-paced, detail-oriented position within a remote environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years total experience
- 2-3 years of experience in similar team management
- Strong technical leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of networking and protocols
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, XML) and cloud platforms
- Ability to write technical documentation
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
