Commercial Loan Liquidation Specialist

The Commercial Loan Liquidation Specialist at Celtic Bank facilitates collateral recovery and workout of defaulted or high-risk commercial loans. This role involves securing collateral, managing risk, and ensuring repayment of loans. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, along with experience in foreclosure and bankruptcy cases. Communication with stakeholders and efficient management of loan portfolios are key.

Requirements

• 3+ years commercial lending experience within the OREO, Liquidation, and/or Legal arenas
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Detail oriented and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong technical skills - including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite, web-based applications, and SharePoint/OneDrive
• Working knowledge of financial statements, cash flow analyses and loan structuring
• Strong technical skills - including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite, web-based applications, and SharePoint/OneDrive
