Job Description
Coordinates and administers human and material resources within assigned plant, utilizing established processes to achieve operational quality and service standards.
Requirements
- Coordinates correct execution of production plan to meet organization and client requirements.
- Monitors, controls, and ensures daily production material.
- Manages and supervises unionized personnel within business unit.
- Responsible for correct execution of safety protocols and procedures representing Cemex policies and image within business unit.
- Supervises and ensures operational processes of plant and delivery logistics with service center and client, to meet NPS standards.
- Validates and requests preventive and corrective maintenance programming for fixed and mobile equipment within business unit.
- Carries out material dosing according to production requirements for concrete production.
