Job Description
Individuals hired as Talent Development Professionals (TDPs) in Corporate will be placed in a 12-month entry-level rotational program based in one of the following departments: Human Resources, Planning, or Supply Chain, among other support functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Business Management & Analytics, Management Information Systems, or Occupational Health & Safety Management
- 4 years or less of work experience after graduation
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and initiative
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented
