Job Description
Talent Development Professionals (TDPs) will be placed in a 12-month entry level rotational program in Corporate. The program is designed to set a strong foundation for a successful career in CEMEX USA. TDPs will learn operational aspects of the business, participate in leadership development sessions, and collaborate with others.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Business Management & Analytics, Management Information Systems, or Occupational Health & Safety Management
- 4 years or less of work experience after graduation
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and initiative
- Demonstrated capability of conducting hands-on field work
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented
