Manager, Turnaround Planning and Engineering

Cenovus is hiring a Manager, Turnaround (TAR) Planning and Engineering for our Toledo refinery. This role is responsible for development and implementation of efficient, consistent, and competitive planning and engineering systems, standards, and processes for TARs and NCE Events. The individual manages the discipline specific planning team, coordinates critical breakthrough accomplishments, leads all aspects of planning, engineering, and quality metrics, and ensures quality control at every stage.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in turnaround, project and/or maintenance planning and execution
• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management or an Engineering field
• Working knowledge of construction and TAR processes and project controls
• Strong communications, interpersonal and team building skills
