Job Description
We are seeking a Manager of Product Design to lead a team of designers and shape the strategy and direction of our products. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong background in UX and UI design, as well as experience in managing and mentoring designers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring product designers
- Strong background in UX and UI design for digital products
- Experience working with design systems at scale
- Proven ability to collaborate deeply with Product and Engineering partners
- Experience in agile or outcome-driven product organizations
- Portfolio or track record of delivering impactful, user-centered products
