Job Description
Foodics is seeking a Product Design Manager to lead and elevate its design discipline. This managerial role involves collaborating across departments to define and scale Product Design and UX writing & research. The role focuses on shaping design evolution, ensuring brand consistency, and empowering innovation. The ideal candidate will own the Product Design team's success and contribute to a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing product offering.
Requirements
- Partner closely with designers and other stakeholders to shape the team's strategy and roadmap.
- Mentor junior product designers and provide growth opportunities.
- Set project work and collaborate with PMs, Data, and engineering.
- Be a technical reference for the team and contribute to best practices.
- Proactively seek areas of opportunity and business growth.
- Oversee multiple initiatives from insight to strategy and launch them across platforms.
