Job Description
The Center for Justice Innovation is a community justice organization dedicated to safer and more just communities. They are seeking a Case Manager for their Transformative Reentry Initiative (TRI) program, a wraparound service for participants post-release to connect with local resources. This role involves individual case management, group programming, and collaboration with support systems to assist participants in recidivism reduction and community reintegration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a court or criminal justice setting is preferred
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred
- Experience with motivational interviewing and other interpersonal engagement tools
- Strong knowledge of reentry, the justice system, Staten Island community resources & support services, &/or restorative justice practices
