Job Description
The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Case Manager for its Supervised Release Program in Brooklyn, New York. This role focuses on ensuring participants meet program requirements, addressing barriers to compliance, and providing case management services for misdemeanor and felony offenses. The CSM will supervise participants, provide comprehensive case management, and ensure accurate data entry related to court reporting and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and two years direct practice experience (therapeutic or case management), or high school degree and six years direct practice experience.
- Experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal system strongly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience using trauma-informed and strength-based approaches preferred.
- Proficiency with trauma-informed and strength-based approaches.
