Job Description
The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to new and existing patients, providing outstanding service, and impacting CVR revenues. They will be working in a fast-paced learning environment with a consistent weekday-only schedule.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
