Job Description
The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from patients, providing outstanding service, and converting calls to scheduled treatment plans to maximize patient retention.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Prior call center experience preferred
