Director of Paratransit

The Director of Paratransit is responsible for all aspects of planning, strategy, and implementation of the Paratransit Program. The Director is responsible for developing staff and the oversight of fulfilling contracted responsibilities of the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
• Five years’ experience in transit, preferably paratransit programs in a dynamic or flexible scheduling environment, logistics, or transportation services
• Strong management/leadership skills including 5+ years’ experience as a director/manager, including conflict management skills, and staff development
